[Read on Wiki]pedia
Read on Wiki creates a timeline of your wikipedia browsing history. It includes a chrome extension and a place to host the timeline. Right now, it just shows one user's data (myself), but if enough people think it's cool, I'll release the extension and open the service to the public.

I think that's a great idea, it's like an automatic feed.

Have you thought about extending it to other sites, too, such as Metafilter or news sites?

Also, any comments on privacy settings?

Absolutely, I think it would be fascinating to see my history of reddit, YouTube, stackoverflow, and even Google search usage.

I picked wikipedia to start because it's the one least likely to need any privacy settings. However, yes, for other aggregation, making for a simple way to remove unwanted entries from appearing (while still making it super easy to post) would be key.
