ThinkUp
ThinkUp is a powerful, free, open source PHP/MySQL app that you install on your web server to collect and store all of your activity on social networks like Twitter, Facebook and Google+. It can analyze your activity, lets you search for your data (even past Twitter's search limits!) and is constantly being extended with new features and capabilities by a very active, diverse developer community.
Version 1.0 is the first broad release of a stable, secure version of the app, featuring a brand-new user interface that's vastly simplified, and detailed analytics giving you charts and graphs about your connections and conversations across multiple social networks.
Key contributors include MeFi's own Gina Trapani, Andy Baio, Anil Dash and Clay Johnson, all of crowdsourcing technology non-profit Expert Labs.

Ignignokt, there's not only the API you found, but it's being used to make awesome apps! (Github link)

So can I get all my tweets using this?

Depends -- Twitter only lets you access the 3200 most recent tweets; if you have more than that then you're out of luck.

I have more than that. It frustrates me I can't access them.

Me too cjorgensen. I really hate how Twitter has zero options to access your archived tweets. I would even PAY to get at them. Facebook will let me download my status history, and they're pretty comparable in size and scale. I can download several years of Facebook history (back to 2005) but not 4 years of Twitter?
Anyway. I'm fascinated by ThinkUp and I'm playing around with it on my server right now.
