Feels very 1983 to me, but with a great quality image. Nicely done! I will most likely be thinking of popcorn tomorrow morning at the sink.

Yep the band has a deliberate 80's aesthetic that they are going for. Glad you will be thinking of popcorn and not the er... other stuff.

Okay, I give up. Explain it to me. I almost worked out that it was some kind of circular thing, where he goes to answer the phone and ends up in the nightmare scenario, which he then can't get out of because each day he wakes up, he thinks if he answers the phone it will be him calling from 'beyond' trying to warn him to...uh...answer the phone? I don't know.

Yeah thats more or less it cashman. I like to think of the red phone being a route between his conscious and subconscious mind, and overcoming a trauma involves first acknowledging that you have suffered. However, IANAE.
