I like it, but I think that varying the photos is key. Take a gander at Atlantic-Pacific. I like how she shows closeups as well as full length shots.

Nice challenge... I'm certain you will find a lot of ways to keep the blog fun and the challenge interesting. Maybe open it up to some others and take the challenge with you?
