Google Chrome users: I've made a browser extension that lets you push a window of tabs from one machine to another. Think Chrome to Phone, but between computers.
The extension requires a Google account for authentication. You link computers to your account, and when you send a window of tabs, it instantly gets opened on the other linked computers. You can also view the last five sets of tabs you have synced at any time, from any linked machine.
