You're "the boss" Matt, because I was needig to quickly type my blog on day one and I wasn't sure whether you wanted me to use your name or not. And since I didn't use your name, I found it pointless to use Pauls. Plus it adds a sense of mystery to each of your roles in my blog.

You should all have descriptive titles. "The Boss." "The Programmer." "The Librarian." "The Dirty Hippie."
