What Is TOR? or "The face of the surveillance state is totally an octopus in a top hat"

I've found the Tor Browser bundle for Mac OS X extremely smooth now, https everywhere comes preinstalled, no conflict with an existing firefox, everything just works.

I strongly recommend that everybody try out Tor now that's it's grown so clean, not for regular browsing mind you, more just so you'd know how to obfuscate your IP whenever you might want.

Also, I wrote a post discussing some controversial improvements to the Tor situation on iOS, which got deleted because I post about privacy issues too frequently.
