Oregonians for a State Bank
How can we help the economy? By helping small businesses. Even Ben Bernanke admitted that community banks, not big banks, have stepped up their lending to small businesses since the financial crash. North Dakota has had a solution for this since 1919: it uses its tax reserves to extend lending to community banks. It's been working quite well. There's plenty of evidence that it would work elsewhere. Now, Oregon wants in on the action.

I note that in both Mac Safari and Chrome, the embedded YouTube video is sitting on top of your "Investing in Oregon, not Wall Street" headline and slamming right up to your body copy, the URLs in your Twitter feed aren't wrapping, and are consequently busting out of the sidebar, and the resources link in the footer is sitting on top of the last tweet. Also, I think I'd make that background fixed... it does a weird number to tile it on your longer pages.

So, er, what exactly is the project? The website? The political campaign itself?

The campaign itself.

BTW, thank you for the website feedback! Any help with it at all (esp. by way of 'here's how you fix that') would be seriously appreciated. I was brought on AFTER they budgeted for this alleged 'designer.'
