Sorry, blue_beetle! I'm not much of a web programmer, so Facebook was the easiest way for me to get this project started. You should be able to view the Chewbacca drawings without having a Facebook account, although you'll need one to post.

You should consider tumblr. Although it's been buggy lately, it seems to be the universally accepted vehicle for things like this.

Or WordPress, or Blogger, or a number of free blog places. One of those 3 would be the best though.

For what it's worth, I don't like Tumbler because I can't leave a comment. That may or may not be important for you. But it's something to consider. I tend to not watch blogs where I can't leave a comment, or the blogger ones that won't let me use the name/URL for comments.

I actually like that it's on FB. Although I love drawings of Chewbacca, I don't see myself visiting a (tumblr, wordpress, blogger) site regularly, and probably, it would get lost in my RSS reader. It's nice having a Chewbacca in my news feed (just don't over do it)
