Wait, that's only two because you already have Anne Ramsey and I can't remember the name of the actress who always plays the school nurse or lunch lady and sometimes the neighbor who witnessed something on the X-Files or Law and Order.

Nonetheless, Illeana Douglas is absolutely beautiful. A rare and distinctive face, admittedly, but, beautiful.

I was thinking of Margo Martindale! Featured this week on AVClub's Random Roles. I don't actually think she plays that many nurses or lunch ladies - but she was in a hospital on Dexter a few years ago...
