Science Limericks
Who has time to read entire articles? Scientific research shows that scientific research is best summarized in limerick form. I hope this site will be a growing collection of such user-generated poetry, linked to the original source by DOI, PubMed ID, or ISBN.

My friends and I were taking a primate behavior course, and found that turning papers into limericks was a good way to memorize articles' content. Unfortunately, most of those limericks were lost. To honor their memory, I created this database which is sadly nearly empty. Who better to populate it than Mefites?

The background is a bit hard to read the text over--I would make the boxes with the limericks and summaries some plain color and not translucent.

And it's hard to find even one which respects the doctrinal metre of the limerick.

Apologies - I hit the "Post Comment" instead of the "Preview" button, before I had gotten around to adding:

But the idea is neat, and I enjoyed most of them.
