Unicode Holiday Xmas Tree
Unicode Holiday Xmas Tree is a web application that allows you to decorate, save, and send your own Unicode holiday Xmas tree as a holiday greeting. It's valid, semantic, and imageless!
This is a joint project by dreamyshade and me. The choice of ornaments is intentionally open-ended to allow for all religious and secular traditions that involve shiny green HTML trees in the winter.

One suggestion: In the color pickers, make the colors wider and take out the spaces between them. It's surprisingly difficult to hit a color on the first click.

ardgedee: Thanks for the suggestion! We shrank the colors so that the characters wouldn't be pushed down the page too far, but we can probably expand them a little.
Burhanistan: You can include your own custom symbols by pasting them into the little boxes labeled "character". If you want a swastika tree, go for it!

This year the site is ready for the holidays with new features: a Unicode/browser font toggle and a featured trees RSS feed. Also, we're on Twitter.
