Y!Q Link Generator
This is a simple form for creating Y!Q links as seen here in the Y!Q Beta for Publishers documentation. Y!Q allows users to search "at the point of inspiration". It's also a great way to add relevance, annotate text, and provide more sophisticated layers of meaning to web content. The problem is that making Y!Q links by hand can be really complicated.
