Playfic, an experimental community for writing/playing interactive fiction
Playfic is a community for writing, sharing, and playing interactive fiction games (aka "text adventures") entirely from your browser, using a bizarre and wonderful "natural language"-inspired language called Inform 7. I wrote a bit more about it on my blog, along with some screenshots.

Meme Pool is a Tumblr blog that "evolves" new posts. Genotypes are post tags, phenotypes are Creative Commons images from Flickr, and mutations are introduced by the blog's followers. I wrote it in Python. Here's a more detailed description.

Sad Girls On ESPN
A single-serving tumblog (because the world needs more of those) that follows the odd trend of ESPN and other sports networks showing pictures of sad-looking girls as filler whenever the home team is losing. It's not high art or anything, but it's fun. I do the caption writing and theme designing, the sad girls are either my captures or from elsewhere on the internet. My brother daniel striped tiger also occasionally contributes on captions.

random bits from the past via Seattle newspapers (1900-1984), mainly helmed by crasspastor and myself. Not all the content relates to Seattle, but it is all content that a Seattle resident would have been exposed to. A mashing together of eras and topics (with the occasional commentary), generally leaning more towards the forgotten/"trivial" and less towards the obvious moments of history.

Metalinks: A Greasemonkey script to collect links from Metafilter comments
This is a new Greasemonkey script that looks through the current Metafilter page for links. It puts copies of any that it finds (except for stuff like "posted by Somebody at 12:34") into a sidebar on the right of the page, under "Tags" (and whatever other stuff may be in that area). Also, if you hover your mouse over one of the links (in the sidebar), a popup tooltip will open showing more context (i.e. the text of the comment that the link was from, albeit a pretty poorly formatted version of that text (sorry)).

A comprehensive database of nearly 200 "supercuts" -- those rapid-fire video remixes that edit a million of the same thing together in one video. (Think every single "dude" from the Big Lebowski, or a hundred clips of people saying "We've got company!" in movies.) Add any I missed!

Tabletop - A modular, expandable music studio, designed exclusively for iPad
So my friends & I have been working on this iPad music app for the past several months & it's just now available in the App Store as of tonight! As the name suggests, it emulates the table-top gear that a DJ or producer might use. It’s an expandable modular studio where you can mix and match a variety of unique devices including samplers, mixers, effects, sequencers and etc. We've done quite a bit of iOS music app development in the past few years but this is the first app we've designed from the ground up for the iPad & so we're pretty psyched to find out what everyone thinks about it. I had an *amazing* response for the last thing I posted here (youarelisteningtolosangeles.com) so I figured this would be a great place to get some early feedback. There's plenty of demo videos & stuff available at the link so check it out and if you've got any questions, definitely let me know in the comments!

GoodListnr is sortof like a chatroom with a playlist. People can upload music and add it to the queue, and the tracks get played in order, and everyone listens to the same thing at the same time.
