Goat Teats I've Known
Here's a brief lil' mini-zine documenting some of the more charming and compelling teats I’ve come across during my time learning up how to milk and care for goats. It's a one-pager so you can print it out and fold it up and read away! (Instructions for folding a one-page zine here if ya need 'em.)

Modista is Back
We announced Modista here on Metafilter four years ago. Three years ago, it was sued to the ground. Now, it's back. Shoes + computer vision = ?

No Baggage Challenge
Heyo. I'm traveling as a producer and cameraman (and director...and editor...) for a project that will take travel writer Rolf Potts around the world in 6 weeks (hitting 12 countries on 5 continents) with one twist: he's doing it with no luggage. No backpack, no man purse -- not even a fanny pack.

Bagcheck is an outlet for my obsessive consumerism.
I've been playing around with jquery - learning to use the mortar and infinite scroll plugins - and recently set this up on Tumblr, since it doesn't seem as easy to integrate into my regular paid hosting on Typepad (note to typepad: please add mortar and infinite scroll widgets!). Since I started work on this, a few templates seem to now have this functionality built in, but this still serves as a fun free sandbox to try these things out.

bomomo
I don't want to reveal too much (it is related to drawing) but do want to say, unfortunately it is Firefox and Safari only (it's using Canvas...)... hope you like it.

The Life Less Traveled: How Ordinary People Do Extraordinary Things…And How You Can, Too!
I meet a lot of people who have done some really amazing things, the kind of things that make you say "Wow, I want to do that, too!" So, I thought it would be fun to interview people who dared to take a chance and do something cool (like leave their jobs to travel for a year, pick up an unusual hobby, start their own business, etc.) and share these interviews via a website for all to enjoy. Thus was born The Life Less Traveled. The goal of each interview is to capture how each interviewee committed to pursuing their idea (take that, naysayers!) and the benefits they reaped from doing so, perhaps inspiring readers to go after their own crazy dreams. Each interview is split into 4 sections: conception, implementation, reflection, advice.

The Ultimate Cooking Machine
I built a large charcoal-fired barbeque grill from scratch in my school's metal shop. It was my first large-scale metalworking project, and got me seriously interested in industrial design. This blog details the planning and construction, with many photos to go along.

Rumours
is a comic I made. Adapted from a story by Jim Walsh (which originally appeared in this book of revisionist rock crit ), it's a time-honored tale of a man who decides to improve the state of music by shooting the member of Fleetwood Mac in the head.

schoolr.com
After a long night of continuous acronym and dictionary searches, I decided to set this site up. It's one page mash-up of various academic related search engines and resources. The site also features a unit converter, translator, and a citation builder provided by NCSU.
