Rebel's Nest Political T-shirts
Norway-based t-shirt collective with political prints. Site up in (fully functional) beta version. It's mainly aimed at Norwegians, but most of the t-shirts have an international appeal. I would love to hear what other MeFites think of our site.

MJD-S Photography
I'm finally coming out of the closet and calling myself a photographer. This is my new portfolio site with a range of photographs in different categories including food, people and places. Please note that I can't be held responsible for any weird sensations you get from licking your screen.

A Year Cooking in Senegal
A recipe blog about taking my well-worn chef's knife to a new continent with a whole new world of flavors and ingredients to play with. It is about hibiscus flowers and fresh tuna bought off a wooden table on the beach. It is about the fiery local ginger, the intensely sour maad, and sandy peanuts in little plastic bags. And it is about missing a place I came to think of as home.

What I Had for Dinner Tonight
Not recipes, just conversation, this blog arose from a daily ichat conversation between two foodies on different continents, which then spread further into the #mofirc irc channel... and someone *looks innocent* joked hey maybe we should start a blog..... and What I Had for Dinner Tonight was born. Your host is es el Queso - long time member of Monkeyfilter, and one keen cook. Posters come from a range of backgrounds, cooking skill sets and countries. The concept is simple - tell us what you had for dinner. Whether you cooked it, someone else cooked it or the guy down the road cooked it - have no reservations about joining in and telling us.

radio free #mofirc
This is a small online radio station created by #mofirc (the IRC channel loosely associated with Monkeyfilter; some of us are dual MeFi/MoFi members). We maintain 24/7 uptime and play something for everyone: our DJs broadcast whatever they like! This is our broadcast schedule (we do not fill all the slots in advance, sometimes we broadcast on the fly with whoever is currently available in channel); and you can read more about our station on the MoFi wiki. (We were inspired by Radio MeCha a while back, so, props!)

Ask A Japanese Person
You give me the questions, and I go out and ask them to Japanese people (mostly in Tokyo). Then I add subtitles and post the videos online. Just waiting for some questions...

One piece of paper.
It was an experiment to see how long it could last. Draw a comic, rub it off, and draw another over the top. Once it had finished, a second experiment was started on another piece of paper. Current data - one piece of paper can survive an average of 65 cartoons being drawn on it
