Consulting Fees Guide
I'm pleased to announce the launch of Consulting Fees - A Guide for Independent Consultants. Since launching ConsultantJournal.com, I've got so much traffic to my post on setting consulting fees that I decided to write more than 60 pages on the process of figuring out a rate of pay. It includes sections on understanding your unique position, profiling your target clients, handling requests to work for free, negotiating fees, and making money from your consulting business. Unlike the other parts of my site, this guide does have a fee -- I just want to be clear about that up front. But it does represent a long time commitment and goes into more detail than the blog post that inspired it.
