"How to Sous Vide," a helpful cookbook
Looking to explore sous-vide cooking? My latest cookbook, "How to Sous Vide," will help you get the most out of it.

"How to Sous Vide," available wherever you buy books in the U.S. and Canada. It's both a guide to understanding sous-vide cooking and a collection of over 100 tested recipes crafted to take advantage of the technique.

If you're not sure what sous-vide cooking is, this is a great place to start. If you know but want to know and do more, this can help.

The book starts with a chapter on Sous Vide Basics and then moves on through Chicken & Turkey, Pork, Beef, Duck & Lamb, Seafood, Eggs, Vegetables, and Desserts. Along the way you'll find basic recipes, easy embellishments, creative variations and a bunch of tips and notes.

Publishers Weekly, Epicurious and Library Journal all have nice things to say about this book.

MetaFilter users have been so supportive of my cookbooks in the past. I appreciate that so, so much.

p.s. If you get the book and like it, please leave a rating/review somewhere.

I have your skillet and instant pot cook books, both are excellent. I've never considered trying Sous Vide, but this might push me to get into it. I'm putting it on my Christmas List!

I have roughly zero interest in sous vide but I really like your books so maybe you'll change my mind. Congrats on another book!
