Wiles Habit - Track Your Habits
This is a habit tracking system I developed that has worked reasonably well for me. It's helping me stick to my New Years' resolutions. It's very rough. I'm sharing it here in case anyone else would find it helpful!

The TLDR is you phone up a number and leave messages tracking whether or not you did your habit, and describe why not / what you'll do differently. No app required and also provides daily text message reminders.

I do something very similar--keeping a journal in which I analyze how well I did the previous day--what worked, what didn't, and what (if anything) caused me to go off track. I could definitely see adding the step of checking in by phone for added accountability.
