Database of chemical modifications of DNA found in nature, with detailed information on each one. Includes links to scientific literature describing these modifications and how to sequence them.

I'm getting a "this site may be harmful" from my University's IT department.

dnamod.hoffmanlab.org just redirects to https://www.pmgenomics.ca/hoffmanlab/proj/dnamod/. Does that work for you?

I'm not going to pretend I have any idea what's going on here but I played with it for a bit and that's a really elegant interface you've got there. Kudos!

Ooh, this is cool. My work at the moment is a bit far removed from sequencing stuff to need this, but I'll definitely keep it bookmarked for the future.
