World AIDS Day Flipboard
I made an AIDS memorial Flipboard featuring artists and activists who have particular meaning for me. (Flipboard is an app and website which allows for making customizable magazine-style collections of links.)
Also includes some links to resources like Northern California and Texas GLBT newspaper obituary databases, Names Project quilt mobile site, list of artists with AIDS, etc.
In past years to commemorate World AIDS Day, I have done a series of pre-buffered memorial tweets. (link is to Twitter search of my 2013 series.)
