Secret Edinburgh - a guidebook written by over 160 comedians
The Edinburgh Fringe - the world's biggest arts festival - is under way, and we've composed a 256-page guidebook to the city written by over 160 comedians who are performing in the festival.

It's a series we have run on our website for the last couple of years, and we've bolstered those entries with new content into a 256-page book. Hard copies will be arriving in the next 24 hours and we have an ebook version available too.

The all-important comedians: Marcus Brigstocke, Andrew Maxwell, Tony Law, Greg Proops, Doc Brown, Milton Jones, Isy Suttie, Mark Thomas, Tom Rosenthal and dozens more have contributed tips and anecdotes. There's a full list on the main feature page on the book here.

We've rummaged up some great stories about comedians' times in the city and we think it's an entirely new way of doing guidebooks that could really work.
