Mockingbird -- a typewritten poem
"Mockingbird" is a 40-foot-long typewritten double-sided interrupted mobius strip of poetry -- the culmination of 3 and a half years of (intermittent) thinking and typing. Please enjoy it!

The text is partly procedurally generated, using a nursery rhyme that will be familiar to nearly everyone as its basis. It's also partly improvised. The red potion door from Super Mario Bros. 2 seemed to be on my mind quite a bit while I was working on this. Thanks to anyone/everyone for taking a look!
Role: author, typist

Neat. I used to write a lot of poems and short stories on receipt paper. Endless hours in ticket booths or holiday kiosks and I always had a pen, but seldom real paper. I would think that would be a pain in the ass to type on though.
