Just as the name says, it's a tool to compare PayPal against a standard internet merchant account. And it's really pretty.
The tool defaults to comparing PayPal's standard offering against an average of merchant accounts. If you want, there are additional options behind the spinning gear that lets you see the comparison based on your particular card mix - business, personal, rewards, debit - if you happen to have that information on hand.
