Fail Whale Pale Ale!
Fail Whale Pale Ale is an as-yet unrealized dream, inspired by Twitter's downtime image by Yiying Lu. But this mythical brew needs a label, and so there is a contest. $200 to the designer with the best label for Fail Whale Pale Ale! (Here's a little inspiration.)

Maybe I'm the only one confused - label like a slogan? Or a photoshop? I looked through the site yesterday and I couldn't quite discern just what a label is.

Look under "Gory Details" cashman. It references "orginal art" and image formats, so I would assume it's label art.

I think the Fail Whale Fenomenon is pretty hilarious, and the Fail Whale Pale Ale, uh, tale just adds to the funny. I entered this fine competition.

I wish, however, that there was somewhere to see the other entries. Maybe there is, but I haven't found it. Fiercecupcake, any idea?
