If you could rewrite the Constitution, what would it say?
Would there be a House of Representin', or an open source server that tallies votes? Will security come from police or robots? Taxes or compulsory service? Corporatocracy or rhizome? Build it yourself at Societr: a wiki started with the preamble to the U.S. Constitution.
